Coconut rawbars

As the raw-vegan trend is becoming more and more popular, we decided to start experimenting! Everywhere you go you can now find these super-power-raw-healthy-amazing bars which are absolutely delicious but also extremely expensive…  So here we have our own home-made version for you to try!

Ingredients for 3 rawbars:
70g of dates
70g di almonds and cashew nuts (I used 50g almonds and 20g cashews)
1/2 cup of grated coconut
25ml of sunflower oil

Procedure:
1. Put all the ingredients in the mixer
2. Mince them until you obtain a homogeneous mixture
3. Spread the mixture on baking tray (about 1cm thick)
4. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours
5. Cut the mixture into stripes to form the bars
6. Let them soften 10 minutes out of the fridge before eating
Yes, simple as that! The are absolutely amazing and healthy. You are now officially ready to jump onto the raw-vegan train 🙂
